Status Update

March 21, 2005 - The legislative part is finished!  The bill has passed and awaits the signature of the Governor which for all intent and purposes is automatic as this is now an omnibus bill containing authorizations for all requested special license plates..

All we need now is the 350 current applications and the money.  The Department of Transportation has asked us to provide one check with the submission.  They do not want to have to worry about collection and tracking of hundreds of checks and credit cards. 

This coming week we will be mailing back all checks that we have collected previously to their makers and asking that they verify their applications and resubmit them with a check payable to Dive Connections License Plate Fund.  Dive Connections will process the checks and account for the funds.

We're almost there.  Please ask all your friends to join in.  The sooner we can get the documents and funds in order the sooner we can make the submission to the DMV and get the plates printed and delivered to you.

Keep the faith and we will have our plate later this year.
