    Welcome to our new format for the E-Newsletter.  Most of you remember the newsletter that we used to mail out.  Well we hope to bring most of what you liked about that publication to this one.  However we respect your desire to get information quickly and to pick what you want to read, so we will try to make only brief references to these topics and provide links to greater detail on the website and elsewhere.
